If your device stopped responding to WWW management and you can not see it using OSReset software, then please use following guide to restore it to factory default configuration: - Configure ip address of your computer (Linux based preferably) to 192.168.1.23 netmask 255.255.255.0 - in the shell console please type: telnet -r 192.168.1.229 9000 but don't press enter just yet. - power on the device - as soon as the ethernet LED stops to blink press enter on the shell console to execute the 'telnet' command [root@jumper rewt]# telnet -r 192.168.1.229 9000 Trying 192.168.1.229... Connected to 192.168.1.229 (192.168.1.229). Escape character is '^]'. == Executing boot script in 4.670 seconds - enter ^C to abort ^C OSBRiDGE> After connecting please press CTRL+C immediately. Important: the telnet client must be run in so called character mode (hence the -r switch) so it sends each typed character separately. Now, please enter following command: fis erase -f 0x500a0000 -l 0x00001000 And after pressing <ENTER> you should see: OSBRiDGE> fis erase -f 0x500a0000 -l 0x00001000 ... Erase from 0x500a0000-0x500a1000: ................ OSBRiDGE> After the command prompt appears again please power cycle your OSBRiDGE 5G device and it will boot up on factory default settings (IP address 192.168.1.254 etc.).
