My OSBRiDGE 5Gi device keeps rebooting every three minutes. What can I do?

This happens sometimes when the power infrastructure is not correctly made and the AC 220/110V power socket ground pin is not connected to the real ground.

The solution is to isolate the 48V 802.3af power adapter supplied with your OSBRiDGE 5Gi device from the AC socket ground pin completely and this fixes the issue. Please note that this isolation must be done on the cable connecting AC socket to the 48V Power Adapter.

Another reason why the device may keep rebooting is when it does not get enough power to operate. Please make sure your AC power source has enough power for the OSBRiDGE device to operate.
